Article 2087 of the Italian Civil Code [TN: and UK Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (HSaWA)] states that it is an employer’s responsibility to care for the health and safety of their employees by implementing appropriate measures to prevent injuries and maintain a safe work environment.
