Parapets
Our parapets constitute a collective protection system, and also all comply with the EN ISO 14122-3: 2003 standard with the possibility of being installed to service roofs with a maximum slope of 10 °.
The entire range is made of die-cast aluminum alloy and the components are assembled using stainless steel screws.
Within the range, different types of products are available:
- Self-supporting . This parapet allows you to position the implants without the need to drill the roof, avoiding infiltration problems. The self-supporting is available with straight uprights and consists of uprights and crosspieces in aluminum fixed to special bases connected to blocks and the typical composition is upright + horizontal arm + concrete block every 150 cm, handrail at the top at height from the walking surface equal to 110 cm, crosswise so that the distance between it and the handrail does not exceed 50 cm.
- Flat, side and undercover fixing. The system consists of aluminum extrusions and stainless steel for the bases. The connecting elements allow, in addition to the junction between vertical and horizontal elements, the overcoming of differences in height and horizontal changes of direction. The uprights are arranged every 150cm, while the space between the horizontal profiles must not exceed 50cm. - Fixing to metal roofing membranes . They are Specific parapets where the supports are fixed in parallel or perpendicular to the waves of the roof in steel through self-tapping screws, tightness is guaranteed by a specific sealing tape.
